1. Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
Items damaged due to misuse or wear will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:
Wrong size
Defective items
Incorrect items received
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Worn or washed items
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will guide you through the return process.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos). We will resolve it at no extra cost.
